We search local networks, regional dealers, private listings, and overlooked rooms across Japan.

After your enquiry, we verify ownership, availability, dimensions, condition, and permission to proceed.

If the piece is gone, structurally unsuitable, restricted, or cannot be published or exported with confidence, we stop here.

Only after approval do we acquire the piece and arrange a hands-on structural and material assessment.

Keep its honest patina, or request carefully scoped work from an appropriate local shokunin.

We coordinate protective packing, insured freight, export paperwork, and delivery to the US or Europe.

Freight, insurance, destination charges, duties, access, and delivery method are itemised rather than hidden in a single optimistic number.
